Launched in August 2023, the Brookridge Opportunistic Credit Fund (BOCF) is a private credit fund that seeks to generate consistent monthly income with low volatility, and to compound that income over time.

BOCF primarily provides short-duration financing to lower-middle-market companies, specialty finance firms, and real estate borrowers that are often underserved by institutional lenders. The Fund aims to capture the premium created by the shortage of capital in this segment, while seeking to protect principal through disciplined loan structuring, collateral, and diversification. The strategy is designed to perform across market cycles, with returns intended to have low correlation to traditional stock and bond portfolios.
