Brookridge Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) target profitable businesses with durable cash flows, with an emphasis on downside protection and long-term growth. Our areas of focus include private equity, secured lending, real estate, specialty finance, small business loans, and litigation finance.

Because each investment stands alone, investors can invest alongside our principals on a deal-by-deal basis with full discretion and without tying up capital in a fund structure. Our principals invest in every vehicle, aligning their interests directly with those of our investors.
